About Koenraad
Koenraad Goris helps organisations identify, assess and develop leadership and talent. Based in Antwerp, he has been building Personago since 2019: a network of leadership experts working for international organisations in the private and public sector, with assignments from Helsinki to Athens and beyond.
His approach is grounded in behavioural science. Koenraad works with assessment centres, leadership development programmes, 360° feedback and personality assessments. When coaching senior managers, he looks not only at the leader but also at their team and the organisation around them.
Koenraad studied clinical psychology at KU Leuven and previously worked as a partner at an international assessment firm and as director of People & Organisation at a large consultancy. He works in Dutch and English.
