About Ramon
Ramon Hillebrink helps organisations bring culture, behaviour and strategy back into line. As managing director of Cactus Consultancy in Hechtel-Eksel, he helps leaders steer more clearly and teams work together better, with attention to ownership and a culture in which people hold each other to account.
He works pragmatically and with his own tools. The Karakterscan quickly shows how a team or organisation functions, the Karakterlijn develops leadership at every level, and an accessible personality and capacity test replaces lengthy assessments. His projects cover leadership, talent development and more ownership on the shop floor, including in a warehouse setting.
Ramon has worked in leadership, HR development and organisational development for years. Earlier, as a coach with Hillebrink Traint, he supported leaders and teams. He works in Belgium and the Netherlands, in Dutch and English.
