About Jeroen

Jeroen Goris combines recruitment experience with commercial insight and people-focused leadership. Based in Antwerp, he is a co-founder of JMB-Partners, a boutique recruitment and executive search firm working in finance, engineering, sales, HR and IT, among other fields, in Belgium and the Benelux. He also runs his own company, Galland Strategic Management.

At JMB-Partners, Jeroen guides consultants, supports complex recruitment processes and focuses on team development. His leadership rests on trust, accessibility and responsibility. As a coach, he brings that hands-on experience with him.

Before that, he spent years in technical recruitment, from recruitment consultant to associate manager, and earlier worked as a service delivery manager in the events sector. Jeroen works in Dutch and English.
