External studies cited on the site provide context for communication, engagement, and workplace conflict; they did not evaluate Personal User Guide and do not prove a product effect.

## Knowledge-base coverage

The RAG corpus searched by the endpoints contains the public product copy used by the website, feature and methodology explanations, pricing copy, privacy information, public landing-page content, every published blog article in every available language, and a build-time snapshot of completed non-candidate guide names, URLs, and generic public introductions. That guide directory mirrors the anonymous guide page but never contains its private personality content.
