About Marieke
Marieke de Zwaan-Moes works with teams that want to go further than good collaboration on paper. Together they look at what lies beneath the surface: the unwritten rules, the patterns and the dynamics a team unconsciously keeps in place. This lets the team reorganise itself from a position of strength.
Her approach is systemic. She looks beyond individual behaviour and explores what is happening in the whole, such as unconscious loyalties and the history of a department or organisation. Marieke translates these insights into the language of the analyst, with clear connections and without judgement. That suits people who are used to thinking in models and systems. She herself graduated as an engineer from TU Delft.
Based in Ulvenhout, she works in the Netherlands and Belgium, also with organisations and family businesses, in Dutch and English.
