Team coaching
Stephanie van Rossum, based in Utrecht in the Netherlands, works with leaders, teams and organisations that are stuck, in the middle of change, or want to get more out of themselves and each other. She founded CoResolvers and works with a regular group of facilitators.
Her foundation is Deep Democracy. As a certified CoResolve instructor, Stephanie trains leaders in this method: recognising group dynamics, dealing with resistance and reaching decisions that people support, while everyone gets a voice. She helps teams in conflict have the conversation they need. She follows the group, names what she sees, asks questions and confronts with care. Her clients include management teams, directors and boards.
Stephanie is also trained in systemic work, transactional analysis, Structural Dynamics and corporate anthropology. She previously worked as a project leader in an academic hospital. Her book Lui Leiderschap & Krachtig Kaderen was published in 2023.
A team coach does not help by simply telling a team what is wrong, but by revealing what people need to work well together. This includes differences in communication, decision-making, pace, trust and responses under pressure. Stephanie van Rossum can help your team recognise these patterns and turn them into agreements that remain useful in everyday work.
With Personal User Guide, every team member receives a personal guide based on the Big Five personality model. It shows how someone communicates, collaborates and responds when pressure rises. These insights are not labels; they provide a concrete starting point for an honest conversation about behaviour and needs.
During a team coaching programme, Stephanie van Rossum can bring the personal insights together in a team guide. The shows where team members naturally complement each other and where misunderstandings or friction may arise. The also helps identify when strengths become less flexible under pressure.

This means team coaching does not end with a good conversation or a one-off workshop. The team develops a shared language, practical working agreements and material it can revisit later. Want to explore what this could mean for your team? Contact Stephanie van Rossum directly below.
