About Evert

Evert Pruis, based in The Hague, works as a team coach and as a developer of leadership and talent. His field covers organisational change, leadership development and team development. For many years he has worked in organisations in the public sector, education and business.

Evert is part of a team of consultants, coaches and trainers that supports organisations through change, such as strengthening teams and improving collaboration. He also teaches at a business school. He works in Dutch and English.

A team coach does not help by simply telling a team what is wrong, but by revealing what people need to work well together. This includes differences in communication, decision-making, pace, trust and responses under pressure. Evert Pruis can help your team recognise these patterns and turn them into agreements that remain useful in everyday work.

With Personal User Guide, every team member receives a personal guide based on the Big Five personality model. It shows how someone communicates, collaborates and responds when pressure rises. These insights are not labels; they provide a concrete starting point for an honest conversation about behaviour and needs.

During a team coaching programme, Evert Pruis can bring the personal insights together in a team guide. The gap view shows where team members naturally complement each other and where misunderstandings or friction may arise. The risk analysis also helps identify when strengths become less flexible under pressure.

This means team coaching does not end with a good conversation or a one-off workshop. The team develops a shared language, practical working agreements and material it can revisit later. Want to explore what this could mean for your team? Contact Evert Pruis directly below.
