About Sheila
Sheila Villalobos Sola helps teams and organisations work better together, with a focus on communication, trust, conflict management and team culture. She spent 29 years in people management, corporate social responsibility and workplace safety at a large company, so she knows teams from the inside, real tensions included.
She is an EMCC-certified coach and mentor and a lawyer by training. She works with a humane, sustainable outlook, also with non-profit and social economy organisations and with family businesses. Her style is warm, direct and practical: less theory, more conversations aimed at change. Sheila is based in Granada and works in Spanish.
