About Mariam
Mariam Panosetti assesses and develops leaders and high-potential talent at every career stage, from individual contributors to senior executives, in changing and fast-growing environments and cultures. For more than twenty years she has supported mid-level leaders and senior executives in multinationals in FMCG, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, financial services, IT and heavy industry.
As a coach, she works on themes such as readiness for change, the leader as coach, communicating with impact, cross-cultural questions and career development. Her sessions are largely experience-based and use real situations. Where more insight helps, she draws on evidence-based tools such as Hogan and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
