About Nicole

Nicole Zipse helps leaders, teams and individual employees work in a motivated, effective and satisfied way. At Die CoachingBeratung in Berlin, which she co-founded, she combines coaching and consulting. She is a systemic coach and career consultant, holds a degree in economics and has more than 16 years of experience in brand management and business leadership.

In team development, the programme is designed together with the client. Kick-off conversations or anonymous surveys first clarify where the team stands and what participants expect. Workshops combine input, practical examples, discussion and individual and group work, on topics such as feedback, conflict management, change, strengths and shared values. After the workshop, the team is supported with its next steps.

Nicole trained as a systemic coach, career coach and master coach at the artop institute at Humboldt University in Berlin. She describes her way of working as thorough, empathetic, pragmatic and persistent. She works in German and English.
