About Anja
Anja Wilson-Wiegmann’s coaching is consistently resource-oriented and built on genuine person-to-person work. She uses individually tailored interventions that are integrated directly into everyday work, so their effect lasts.
The focus is on mindset work, empowerment and enablement, to noticeably increase wellbeing, effectiveness and motivation. The aim is for people to use their strengths deliberately and take effective action. Anja works as a coach grounded in neuroscience, in one-to-one coaching as well as team coaching and organisational development, including from a systemic perspective. She works from Lage in Germany, in German and English.
A team coach does not help by simply telling a team what is wrong, but by revealing what people need to work well together. This includes differences in communication, decision-making, pace, trust and responses under pressure. These insights are not labels; they provide a concrete starting point for an honest conversation about behaviour and needs.
During a team coaching programme, Anja Wilson-Wiegmann can bring the personal insights together in a team guide. The gap view shows where team members naturally complement each other and where misunderstandings or friction may arise. The risk analysis also helps identify when strengths become less flexible under pressure.
