About Javier
Javier Fernández brings almost two decades of commercial experience to his work as a mentor and team coach. Today he leads the Spain and Portugal sales department of a textile services company, with a team of 32 people.
His way of working combines strategy, motivating leadership and a client-centred approach. He believes in the power of human relationships to drive business and coordinates field teams and telephone account managers across different regions. He also shares content as a mentor and coach on social media.
