About Camila

Camila Valenzuela Persico supports transformation processes in teams and organisations, across different fields, levels and cultures. She is an organisational psychologist and works as a team coach in Madrid, on themes such as leadership, communication, conflict within teams, strategy and organisational change.

She holds the ICF-PCC credential and has trained in Agile Team Coaching and Agile Team Facilitation, Lean Six Sigma, Management 3.0, Lean Change Management, Unfix, Regenerative Leadership and somatic coaching.

Camila has worked in the public and private sectors and in international development cooperation, in human resources and innovation, and has designed leadership and continuing education programmes for executives and for professionals in health, education and hospitality. She qualified as an organisational psychologist in Chile and holds master's degrees from the Autonomous Universities of Barcelona and Madrid. She works in Spanish and English.
