Founder of Personal User Guide
Gijs Heerkens is an internet entrepreneur from the Netherlands. He came up with the personal user guide: a short guide that shows others how to work with you best, based on the Big Five personality model.
He developed the visual personality test behind every guide together with Prof. Dr. Jan Schoormans of Delft University of Technology and Peter van der Bel of CaPPr.
On the blog, Gijs writes about working together, personality and teams: how to discuss differences, how team coaches use the Big Five and what helps a team agree on how it works. Besides Personal User Guide he builds other online products, including Rostrio.
