About Marièl
Marièl de Meulemeester works with teams facing recurring difficult conversations, unspoken tensions or uneven pressure. Based in Uithoorn, she works as a team coach, looking both at individual team members and at what happens between them. Her systemic approach involves describing patterns in the team’s own words. Team members then explore what is happening and what they would like to do differently.
Marièl spent more than thirty years in corporate organisations, including international change programmes and roles as a People Manager and coach. She brings that experience to teams dealing with competing interests and deadlines. As a stress and burnout coach, she also pays particular attention to workload and tension within teams.
A team coach does not help by simply telling a team what is wrong, but by revealing what people need to work well together. This includes differences in communication, decision-making, pace, trust and responses under pressure.
